Yes. Supported server software can run mods or plugins, and you can upload files through the control panel.
Yes. Existing worlds can be transferred to your server.
Most commonly used Java Edition server versions can be supported. Ask on Discord if you need something unusual or very old.
Servers are intended to stay online continuously, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, hardware issues, or power outages can rarely interrupt service.

Billing: Service is billed monthly. Continued service requires payment for the next billing period.
No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once made, including partial months and unused service time.
Cancellation: You may cancel by choosing not to renew for the next billing period.
Uptime: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, network outages, power loss, hardware failures, or other interruptions may occur.
Acceptable use: Servers must follow the Minecraft EULA and Minecraft Usage Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any server that violates these requirements, is illegal, abusive, or threatens the security/stability of our systems.
Backups: Backup features are available but are not created automatically.
After cancellation: Server data may be deleted 7 days after the paid service period ends. Download anything you want to keep before then.
Capacity: Plans are subject to available hardware capacity. We may decline workloads that would significantly interfere with server stability or other services.
